Our club merchandise is intended for sale to club members and their families.
All ordered merchandise must be pre-paid by check only.
Some items are special order and will require a several week wait.
Orders may be picked up at any of our club meetings / events. Please
confirm with the merchandise director that you will be at a specific
meeting and / or event to pickup your order.

All merchandise is sold through our merchandise director only.
He / she alone is responsible for receiving and filling orders.
Please do not attempt to place orders via a second party.
Order may be placed in person at any meetings or event.
In stock items maybe paid for in cash
and picked up at the time of sale.

Liability Releases

Our insurance requires all entrants to complete and that we keep on file a liability release
(AKA a hold harmless agreement) for every event.  While the intent of these releases is
identical the format varies somewhat between Judged & Exhibition cars.
(see below)

Club Officers General Information

The club is governed by a board of directors.
These directors are elected from the general membership.
These directors are accountable to the general membership for the
activities and general welfare of the club.
All positions are voluntary and no salary is paid to any officers.

Officer Types

There are two types of officers. 
Those on the board of directors are elected.
These include: President, Vice President, Treasurer,
Event Director, Membership and General Secretary.
All Other officers are appointed, generally by the elected officers.
These include: Merchandise Director, Judging Coordinator, Senior Judge or Judges,
Fund Raising Chairmen, Newsletter Editor, Webmaster, Public Relations and Refreshment Chairmen.
 Appointed officers are normally ratified by the general membership.

Elections

Typically elections are held each fall.
Any current member can be nominated and
potentially elected to the board of directors.
