Ye Olde Royal Rules

Our Charter doth state the following:

We, the members of Rosco, do herby proclaim throught the land
 and to all those in the kingdom be they nobleman or serf
 that these are the rules as set down upon us by our
founding fathers and they are as stated herein:

1.     We have no rules.

2.     We have no mandatory dues or fees.

3.     We can of course be bought (that means anyone who so ever who doth attend a meeting of the royal court of ROSCO and who with them are bearing food, other consumables or tools of the royal trade which can be kept in Bill's or Tony's garage) is, from that point forward a member of ROSCO by royal degree.

4.     The charter members of the royal family can exile anyone they damn well choose for any reason they choose as is the priviledge or royalty. Beheadings however are no longer in use, as they leave the garage floor a little too sticky.
